MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation based in Kent who are looking to recruit a Customer Relations Administrator to work on fixed term contract.

This role would suit an individual who thrives on working in a challenging but rewarding environment. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service to the organisations current clientele and potential customers, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a time effective manner with excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to Customer Relations Team which will include managing inbound queries and allocating work out to officers
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to resolve all enquiries raised, effectively communicating with the customer the whole way through
Updating the database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged

Skills Required:
Experience of working in a demanding customer service environment
Desirable to have previous experience of working with a Housing Association, Local Authority, Contractors
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
A real passion for delivering exceptional customer service
