Customer Relations Administrator

We are currently seeking an efficient and versatile individual to join a well-established, quirky developer in their Head Office.

As a Customer Relations Administrator, you will assist the customer care team dealing with various Administrative duties. Our client is looking for personable, hardworking individuals with proven experience within the property industry.

The Key Responsibilities of a New Homes Customer Relations Administrator:

  • Managing the companies database/spreadsheets
  • Completing CML forms
  • Maintaining customer bookings for the Sales Team
  • Upholding the brands high standards at all times
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Responding to telephone calls and general queries

The ideal New Homes Customer Relations Administrator should have:

  • Have experience in Property, New Homes and Sales
  • Have experience of administration, production and distribution of reports (weekly and monthly sales reports and price lists)
  • Have proven all-round PA skills
  • Have good data entry skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Have advanced Excel and Word skills
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Have the ability to deal confidently with Sales enquiries when required
  • Have proven time management skills
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive role
