This global leading employer is now seeking a number of Customer Relations Associates for their offices in Surrey and Kent. All positions offer full ongoing training and development and is an area that prides itself on service excellence.
Reporting to the divisional Team Leader, you will be responsible for working closely with other areas of the business in order to provide operational resolutions on customer accounts, responding via email, post or transferred from other areas.
With no two days the same, these roles are extremely varied and can include being responsible for:
- Taking individual ownership on a range client enquiries, from account information requests, fund performance queries, product information and advisor commission payments, to dealing with more complex enquiries that require further investigation and research and in some instances complaints.
- Responding with a level of detail and quality that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations, whilst also addressing the root cause of the query and providing appropriate operational fixes to customer accounts
Financial Services experience is not essential, as full product training is provided, however, your experience will have ideally been gained within a corporate environment, where you will possess proven organisation and communication skills (verbal and written), coupled with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, a high attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a environment that works to tight deadlines
