We are recruiting for a client based in Annesley, Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customers with a high level of customer service via emails and letters, they are looking for a candidate that is able to manage complaints with a positive and helpful approach.

You will need to communicate clearly and work well under pressure, you will need to be able to use time management well for this role so you are able to respond to all enquiries.
