Working as part of a busy team you will be providing administrative support to the credit management team, this includes:
- Setting up and maintaining customer rebates within agreed SLA's
- Handling both internal and external customer queries in a professional manner
- Working closely with other departments within the business
- Accurately inputting customer terms onto the system
- Arrange rebates/payments to customers
- Maintaining own portfolio of accounts
- Accurate reconciliation of accruals/provisions
- You will be a self starter with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to communicate with a variety of people at different levels
- Abilty to adapt to new systems and procedures
