The team will be receiving calls from customers who have had a previous installation project. The calls will relate to warranty claims which the team will need to triage and log within the CRM system.
The team will need to distribute the enquiry to the correct area of the business or in some cases will need manage the customers query / concern through until completion, which will require ordering and supplying stock.
The candidate must be available for at least three months, be reliable and be fantastic time keepers.
You will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, be able to adapt easily to change and able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
You will be working 39 hours per week, £8.20 per hour
The shifts are:
8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday - 1st week
9:30 to 6pm Monday to Friday - 2nd week
9am to 5pm Saturday - 1 in every 3 Saturdays
