9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday

1 hour lunch!! Pension!! On site parking!!

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a local, growing company based in Langley. They are looking for somebody who has experience in customer service and order processing skills.

You will be in charge of accurately entering orders and processing them onto the system whilst making sure delivery will be made on time. You will also get involved with stock management and using a range of different systems to manage your work load and daily tasks.

You must have experience using many systems at any one time and also have a superb eye for detail for any mistakes or errors that you see.

Duties include:

  • Processing a high volume of orders
  • Dealing with invoicing and accounts discrepancies
  • Stock management
  • Customer Service
  • Answering a high volume of calls and emails
  • Dealing with day to day delivery issues and rectifying it
