My client is a Peer to Peer Lending company that launched in 2010. They are seeking to change the way people think about Investing and Borrowing. They believe that people should be able to directly access lending as an investment and that borrowers should be able to access attractive loans. So far over 50,000 investors and growing have lent more than £2Bn via our award-winning online investment platform, without losing a penny.

They are creating an operational centre of excellence in Leicester and have an exciting senior role available for an outstanding Customer Operations Manager to be our Head of Investor Services.

They pride themselves on our customer service aiming to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction in line with our values of Openness, Professionalism and Simplicity; which is why we are looking to hire the best of the best.

The Role:

The role will lead a team of agents who are focused on being the first point of call for our investors delivering outstanding customer service.

You will also manage a small complaints team.

The Candidate:

If you have a passion for leading teams to deliver outstanding customer service, enjoy being part of a busy team solving a wide range of customer queries and would like to work for a company that has been named in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 for the third consecutive year and has received a 98% TrustPilot customer satisfaction rating, we could be the perfect company for you.

  • We are looking for a manager with a proven track record in customer operations.
  • Financial Services experience would be preferred but isn`t essential.
  • You must be able to lead by example and be willing to be hands on when required and have fantastic communication skills and the ability operate at all levels up to and including C level.
