CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER
FRAMLINGHAM
Full time, permanent
£25,000 to £28,000

Are you an experienced team leader with a proven track record in customer services and the ability to communicate with people at all levels? This company a work in the food supply chain industry so a passion for food is also beneficial.

This role will involve:
• Leading a team of 8 admin and scheduling staff
• Driving Customer Service
• Managing & scheduling audits
• Dealing with Management reports
• Oversee customer issues and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently
• Manage company travel costs
• Manage Admin function
• Support Commercial and Business Development Directors in line with KPI targets

You should have:
• Leadership experience
• An admin background
• Good communication skills
• Good planning, problem solving and organisational skills
• Microsoft Office skills (excel ideally level 3)
