CUSTOMER OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

For the past four years REED have been working within an exciting and innovative organisation based in the City Centre. Candidates have fed-back extremely positively about the environment (which has been voted happiest work place) and we love working with them too!

The type of person they are keen on discovering is someone with excellent administrative capabilities in particular writing letters, interpreting data and accurate data entry. Attention to detail is really important here!

They'd also really like you to be committed to excellent customer service in order to respond to customers in writing and sometimes over the phone.

Candidates with experience of the banking industry and anti-money laundering regulations would be advantageous.

In return they will provide you with relevant training for the role, a really lovely working environment and amazing facilities in the centre of Bristol. Your working hours will be 37.5 hours per week from 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday. No evenings or weekends!
