Propertons is a bold start-up launching in June 2018, offering crowdfunding investment opportunities in rental property from as little as £100.

Propertons enables anyone to easily own part of a rental property without the hassle of doing it yourself.

Over the course of the next ten years, Propertons will become the global leader in crowdfunded property investment opportunities. After perfecting our UK service, we will commence a brand roll-out to Europe, Asia and the United States of America.

You will be responsible for:

Making the customer’s experience the best it can be.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. While every member of the team must deliver excellent customer service, you will be directly responsible for ensuring this quality is maintained.

Handling inbound and outbound inquires

As we prepare for our equity raise through Crowdcube, we want to make sure that every potential investor receives the very best impression of Propertons. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and arranging meetings where necessary and handling of all relevant customer and investor communications.

Promoting and networking

We live and breathe Propertons; we expect you to positively promote Propertons at every opportunity that faces you. Every interaction you make must reflect Propertons as the leading provider of European property investments.

Helping the team out with matters

There are quieter days and there are busy days. As such, you must be open and flexible in this role, being able to assist other team members as and when required. For example, you may be asked to assist our marketing team at open days along with other ad-hoc duties that may arise.


We are looking for someone to join our existing small team and given the nature of a start-up, no two days are the same, which means the right candidate will be hard working, very flexible with a hands-on approach.


  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a senior customer relations role or similar
  • Applicants must be fluent in English (reading, written and spoken)
  • A sound understanding of the property investment market
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Presentable
  • Proactive (but also willing to take direction)
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Must be willing to travel within Europe if required
  • Outgoing with a professional attitude


  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience and working knowledge of all social media platforms

This role is five days a week with a salary of £25-30k (depending on experience), rising as the company does. This is based at our office based in Central London. Start date, Monday 12th March 2018.
