Job Description:

In this exciting new role you'll be responsible for managing the company's loyalty scheme, tasked with attracting new customers to the scheme and getting those already signed up to maximise their membership.

Working as part of the wider marketing team you'll work on multi-channel campaigns and have responsibility for a small telesales team. Managing and manipulating the CRM system you'll ensure that customers are kept in touch with and targeted with appropriate promotional activity, as well as day to day communications.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered you'll need to have experience of working with CRM systems where you've selected data sets and created customer journeys. You'll have strong direct marketing experience and have been responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns. Previous involvement in a loyalty scheme is highly desirable and this could have been gained either client side or agency side.
