A Customer Liaison position within one of the leading new homes developers based in the heart of East London. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum with great company culture and benefits.
This award-winning property company are looking for candidates who have experience in the property sector, passionate about the industry and who enjoy building and maintaining relationships with clients. This role is for a natural communicator who is confident in spending time with clients at property appointments to answer any queries they may have concerning their new build. They will be professional, have an excellent telephone and written manner, and be able to work well as part of a team. Duties include but are not limited to:
-On-going development of relationship with buyers from exchange through to the completion and handover of property, managing the flow of information to buyers: buyers to be kept up-to-date on estimated completion periods, construction updates, local news, development facilities and commercial updates
-Identifying completion issues and risks from buyer contact
-Identifying PR opportunities from buyer information to inform future events and communications
-Attending buyer events to promote the Completion Teams service offer
-Developing and maintaining effective relationships with development, construction, sales and the wider completion team to confirm information to communicate to buyers and to manage buyer enquiries.
-To attend weekly on-site meetings with Completions team and bi-monthly meetings at head office with the wider Customer Care team.
-Complete frequent, detailed profiling of customers to maintain accurate data on the Customer Service database.
-Preparation and production of focused communications to buyers during the Completions Process, managing the flow of information to ensure buyers are kept up-to-date on estimated completion periods, construction updates, local news, etc.
-Provide reports concerning individual buyer positions and attend presentations to discuss customers progress towards completion.
-Arranging and carrying out customer appointments including home demonstrations and handovers, ensuring home demonstration and property handover forms are signed by buyer and uploaded onto Salesforce and meter readings taken.
-Sending meter readings and completion dates to utility suppliers and local authority for council tax purposes.
-Recording any customer request for possible remedial works identified at handover and the coordination of any re-mediating works, working with the plot acceptance managers and the construction team to close out such repairs within agreed deadlines.
-Checking the apartment is buyer-ready for handover; co-coordinating pre-handover cleaning of apartments, arranging the placement of home owner manuals and gifts in the property, checking keys and completing/ filing the associated documents.
-Responsible for supporting the Plot Acceptance managers appointments with buyers mortgage surveyors and completion/filing of CML forms.
