About the Role:
Our client is looking for a driven Customer Liaison Surveyor to work directly with their tenants providing advice on a wide range of repair and maintenance issues. You will be required to have both technical skills to inspect and diagnose repairs plus great customer service. Where required you will provide clear schedules of works for the delivery teams to effect repairs and deliver a first class maintenance service.
Ambitious for all, you will be an excellent ambassador and strong communicator as you will play a crucial role in delivering their five year plan. You will actively contribute to decision making in the organisation whilst working confidently alongside colleagues at all levels to deliver a great customer service and genuinely make a difference.
Awake to responsibility, you will provide advice and guidance to customers and work with the Stock Condition Surveyors and the surveying and asset data teams to advise on future investment and maintenance programmes.
The Customer Liaison Surveyor will also ensure that complaints and compliments are managed, in relation with Repairs & Maintenance, working with their customers and the wider business to develop excellent service standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a repairs and maintenance environment providing a customer focused service. You will have a high level of IT literacy in packages such as Microsoft Office as well as strong verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to hold a HNC or similar in building construction as well as a valid driving license.
