You'll be the face of our company and brand in those communities - going out and visiting our customers regularly, ensuring both parties are satisfied with actions taken to close out complaints, keeping a log detailing these queries, as well as providing support through email, telephone or post to a wide variety of stakeholders, every day. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our Employment Skills Coordinator - helping with school talks and supporting Considerate Constructor Scheme Activities - in a role where no two days are ever the same.
