This role will see you working in a busy customer service environment overseeing customer complaints and scheduling repairs to new build homes.
A Residential Developer based in Nottingham, our client is a leading nationally recognised House Builder with offices situated across Midlands, the business has built upon their strengths of building high quality homes.
Enjoying recent economic growth, our client has completed on a number of high-margin building projects and are currently exploring new developments across the country.
They have smart, open plan offices, facilities on site, free parking and great transport links.
This position is for a customer liaison officer to work in a small team full of dynamic and hardworking individuals.
You will deliver first class service to customers throughout the home buying process. You will be required to deal effectively and efficiently with all customers and be able to manage customers expectations appropriately with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction from their customers. Dealing with complaints would also be an integral part of the role.
You will liaise with technicians out on the road snagging new build properties and arrange their diaries according to customers needs and making geographical sense.
Ideally you will have worked for a House Builder or Housing Association in a customer service capacity. Great communication skills, a good sense of humour, and fantastic planning and organisational skills are a must in this role!
