Customer Liaison Administrator

Nottinghamshire (Mansfield)

Salary £12 - £16k (dependant on experience)

Our client is a leading company that specialises in metal fabrication. In recognition of their strong brand and continued growth, we're recruiting for a Customer Liaison Administrator to join their vibrant team.

The ideal candidate would have experience within an engineering/manufacturing business. You'll have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organised and perform tasks precisely and efficiently. Be self-directed and be able to complete projects and ongoing tasks with limited supervision.

In this role you will:

  • Perform general administrative duties.

  • Use of Microsoft Office software - Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Manage and respond to all customer calls/queries

  • Realignment and maintenance of the Companies order book

  • Info relating to move in, move out - realigning WIP

  • Initial contract review and input of Customer orders

The Candidate

For this role you will need to:

  • Effective time management

  • A willingness and ability to be part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Extremely organised and self-motivated

  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
