What we are looking for

We are rapidly expanding our existing PPI Customer Investigations Team and are seeking committed, hardworking individuals to add to our current success.
The role involves a high volume of both outbound and inbound calling where you will be dealing with existing customers on our database. You will be investigating on-going PPI claims and obtaining important information to progress a claim.

The position will require you to update customers on their current PPI claims and offer any additional services that will benefit your client.

Key requirements of the role include:

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
  • Experience of customer service/sales in an office or contact centre environment is a must.
  • Professional attitude at all times.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

Hours and Salary
  • £18,000 + commission OTE circa £32,000
  • Full time (35 hours) Monday to Friday - Flexibility required to fit in with varying shift patterns
