CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST - Worldwide client-side brand
This role provides with you a great opportunity to work with one of the largest financial services companies in the UK and the world, with the chance to work with one of the best customer data sets in the country. You will be part of one of the quickest growing data science teams, which are focused on finding innovative ways to productively serve their worldwide customer base.
The company is one of the largest financial services brands with a multi-product offering, and is still planning on further expansion. The brand encourages a data driven environment and is now looking to expand its analytical function and therefore making their products even more customer focused. You will play a vital role in this project, helping to oversee and provide in depth analysis which will help the brand to increase their unique brand engagements.
As the company is rapidly expanding its decision science function, they are looking for talented analysts at all stages of their career who can contribute different and unique data driven insight. The role will give you a good exposure to advanced analytical tools such as R and Python which you will use daily to extract insights from an array of projects. The brand also gives you one day a month to fully focus on self-development, where you will have access to an internal data camp where you can enhance your technical skills and further develop your career.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Your skills and experience will ideally include the following:
- Proficient in Python or R
- SQL Coding ability
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to stakeholders
- Undergraduate degree in Business or quantitative science
- Up to £60,000 salary (based on experience)
- Discretionary bonus
- Defined Contribution Pension plan
