Customer Insight Analyst

A fast growing and dynamic business in Leeds are recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Insight Analyst. You will play a key role in the Insight Team, helping the business to understand the customer better and continuously improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing analysis and insight in to the customer database
  • Measuring, understanding and reporting on the impact of marketing activities
  • Identifying trends and making recommendations to continuously improve
  • Large analytics projects and ad hoc analysis
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels
  • Campaign analysis - data selections

Experience:

  • 1-4 years’ experience in a commercial analytics roles
  • SQL and/or SAS experience essential
  • GA experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Natural problem solver
