As the leading brand in its industry, my client is looking to drastically alter the way they view their customers
and want a leading SAS/SQL analyst who has the confidence to deliver this ground-breaking insight to key stakeholders.
Your work will be varied and impactful; working as part of the strategy team you will have the opportunity to liaise with stakeholders from across the business, exposing you to the kind of commercial expertise other insight roles struggle to offer.

SAS/SQL Customer Insight Analyst - the Role

  • You will focus on analysing the entire customer experience to provide actionable insight
  • You will regularly present these findings to some of the industry's biggest players
  • Aside from insight, you will be expected to utilise the vast and varied data at your disposal
  • to provide business solutions and present them to non-technical audiences
  • Be part of a key business area answering questions at the forefront of company strategy


SAS/SQL Customer Insight Analyst - Your Skills

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Commercial experience with SQL and SAS
  • A working knowledge of Tableau
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of Tableau is advantageous
