Your new role

A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and organised individual to join the Compliance team as a Helpline Advisor based in London Victoria. Your new role will have the key purpose of responding  to internal and external customer enquiries and provide general information regarding operation process to the business. You will also need to provide support and assistance to the Compliance Manager in responding to data disclosure requests and dealing with service related complaints.

 What you’ll need to succeed

You will be highly organised as your key accountabilities will include responding to email enquiries and providing helpline support, you will also provide helpline administrative and provide support with general compliance administration. You will have excellent communication skills, and able to demonstrate good verbal and written skills in a customer service environment. You will be able to deal calmly and effectively with complaints and negative feedback and to take responsibility for resolution of specific complaints. You will have good understanding of Hays operational procedures and enjoy working as part of a team.
