Customer Experience Specialist

My client a leader in the beauty and well-being industry are now looking to establish a new live chat/e mail response centre so therefore needs the right person to manage their UK as well as International customers!
My client is looking for people who care about people, who have a true passion for customer excellence and ideally a love of beauty products and animals. You will need to be truly customer focused in everything you do and possess a helpful and empathetic nature. As there will be NO direct telephone liaison with your customers, your written skills MUST to top notch and be able to convey your passion in every written conversation.
Communicating with customers by email/social media and live chat
Composing warm and engaging responses and offering full product advice
Be the first point of contact for all on line queries both nationally and internationally
Helping create programmes and initiatives to enhance customer experience
Fixing of delivery issues and transactional problems
Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
Happy/honest/optimistic- someone who will go that extra mile with no hesitation
Confident with social media
All applicants must be available to work one evening per week and every other weekend (when working the weekend you have two days off in the week )
Due to location you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
