Xero is beautiful accounting software. From our UK HQ in Milton Keynes, our customer support team helps our small business subscribers do beautiful business.

We’re recruiting for full time roles with a range of working days and hours.

Here’s where you come in

As part of our global CX team, you’ll dive into queries from our customers - they might have hit a snag with our software or need walking through a process.

We provide prompt, helpful and easy-to-understand solutions to resolve customer issues. Most of these responses are by email, but when the situation calls for a human voice, your verbal skills will help. This will sound a lot like you…

  • Part or full accounting qualification and / or bookkeeping experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Fast learner, comfortable with technology and keen to be a Xero expert

  • Problem solver, full of initiative and with the ability to self-manage

  • Good humoured, positive and upbeat team player

Exposure to Xero or other accounting systems is advantageous and an AAT or BSc qualification is highly desirable.
