Here’s where you come in
As part of our global CX team, you’ll dive into queries from our customers - they might have hit a snag with our software or need walking through a process.
We provide prompt, helpful and easy-to-understand solutions to resolve customer issues. Most of these responses are by email, but when the situation calls for a human voice, your verbal skills will help. This will sound a lot like you…
Part or full accounting qualification and / or bookkeeping experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Fast learner, comfortable with technology and keen to be a Xero expert
Problem solver, full of initiative and with the ability to self-manage
Good humoured, positive and upbeat team player
Exposure to Xero or other accounting systems is advantageous and an AAT or BSc qualification is highly desirable.
