Customer Experience Representative

Your career will start with 6 weeks fully funded, full pay, training. From then on-wards your training is ongoing. It can take up to 12 months to become knowledgeable within all areas of the business. This training, coupled with your knowledge of the business, puts you in an excellent position for progression to Team Leader; or even move sideways in to other divisions.

To be considered for this role you should be able to deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner. The ability to problem solve and use your own initiative is an absolute must.

Candidates must come from either a commercial customer service background, or have had some exposure to working on the telephone and dealing with complaints.

As mentioned, our client will offer fully funded training with the ability to progress internally at quite a pace.

We are currently recruiting for this client due to internal progression and expansion.

Due to the location of the offices, it is ideal that you drive and have access to your own vehicle.
