  • Do you have previous CRM and Customer Experience Framework experience?

  • Are you experienced in Customer facing and quality monitoring?

  • Do you have strong Customer Service experience?

Our client, a leading company in their industry are looking to recruit a experienced Customer Experience Manager, to join their growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the customer experience meets and, where possible, exceeds customer requirements and is fulfilled through qualitative review of the operation and its impact on customers

  • Represent the Voice of the Customer into the contact centre and use customer insight data to drive customer experience improvements into the clients contact centre

  • Represent the voice of the Company back into the client to recommend improvements to customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience of managing Customer Experience

  • Experience of measuring customer experience frameworks and CRM is essential

  • Ideally experienced in Financial or Call Centre Management experience but not essential.

  • Excellent Customer Service and organisational skills

Working Hours Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm
