Continuing with our group aim of being famous for delighting customers we have an exciting new role for someone, who, like us has customer satisfaction and the forefront of everything they do.

The role will require you to interact with Senior Managers at Land Rover UK along with the Management teams within the businesses, providing feedback and support on ways to improve the customer experience, whilst working with the customers who we might of fell short in delivering our 1st class leading experience. You will be part of the Management team and as such will be required to work independently and make decisions that will ensure the best outcome for our Customers.
