Your role as a Customer Experience Executive will be to ensure that processes are optimised, decisions are made with the customer in mind and data is produced and used accurately to assess overall customer satisfaction levels. You will act as the voice of the customer and be responsible for ensuring that decisions within the business are taken with the customer at the forefront. You will support the communication of, and liaison with, the business and process owners to engage staff to uphold the customer experience programme.

Additionally, you will research customer service practises and review internal process to identify new opportunities and advocate new initiatives across Explore, in order to achieve brand loyalty, cost reductions, revenue growth, margin improvement or gains in customer and employee satisfaction.

You will be engaged and involved in the end to end customer experience across the business and will have variety in tasks undertaken and will always have the customer at the focus of the work being done.  You will need to be flexible and willing to help out with any other area of the business as required.
