Customer Experience Coordinator

We are excited to be working in partnership with the UK's largest disability charity in its field. We are looking for experienced Customer Experience Coordinators for a brand new team based in Peterborough.

You will be highly proficient in managing inbound calls, emails and mail, coordinating and booking services, dealing with queries, building relationships and trust, maximising all opportunities.

If you have a passion for excellence in customer service and have experience a customer service/administration environment, this could be the role for you.

You will be self motivated with great attention to detail, time management and the ability to input data and coordinate diaries.
