Customer Experience Assistant

If you haven't heard about the new Elizabeth Line, then you soon will, with 2018 being the Year of Purple, when London gets its first new line since 1987

Stretching more than 60 miles from Reading and Heathrow in the West, through central London tunnels and across to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the East, the Line will serve 41 accessible stations and an estimated 200 million people per year.

MTR Crossrail are looking for talented individuals with exceptional customer service skills to be at the forefront of this exciting project and join a dedicated team focussed on delivering one of the most influential transport infrastructure projects the UK has seen in recent years.

You will have a passion for people, an engaging personality and strive for perfection and will thrive on proactively engaging with customers and deliver a world class customer experience; taking ownership of customer experience and overall satisfaction. It’s not about your specific experience, it’s about theirs, so if you have shown you can delight customers (or want to) then you could just be what we are looking for.

Working on a shift basis, you will become a key player in the Central Operating Section (Central London stations).Full training is given and benefits include free and reduced travel costs.
