Immediate start - 6 month position
An exciting opportunity to join a growing company based in Milton Keynes in a fast paced vibrant team.
The role is to provide customer mobility management for the provision of onward travel to a large UK motor manufacturer.
Based in their purpose built offices you will be first point of contact for customers in requiring remobilisation.
The role is based in a small, friendly contact centre where the team are passionate about service.
You will manage customers via multiple channels; inbound, outbound calls and emails.
Our client is looking for candidates with a can - do attitude willing to go the extra mile.
The role is temporary for 6 months but for those who excel the probability of a permanent contract is very real.....
The successful candidate will posses:
- Passion for delivering excellent service
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work off multiple systems
- Flexible and positive
You will be provided with full training for the role.
There are 2 shifts you are required to complete;
07:30 - 16:30 & 10:45 - 19:45 as well as 1 in 3 Saturdays you will get a day in lieu for this.
