As Customer Experience Advisor in our Onboarding/Installation Support team, you’ll ensure that the software and hardware our customers purchase delivers a 'best in class’ performance experience. From booking appointments to liaising with engineers and suppliers with regards to installation, spare parts, and digital onboarding, you’ll help the process run smoothly and seamlessly.
Happy customers are retained customers and your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that Neopost is their first port of call for digital services, software packages and equipment. Key to your success will be your personable nature and willingness to listen to what customers need; it’s likely that you’ll have honed these skills in a similarly fast-paced and evolving telephone environment. Resourceful, adaptable and willing to learn, you’ll be confident in using your initiative when dealing with customers. Good teamworking ability is also required.
