We're looking for Helpdesk Advisors to work for a very well known utilities organisation in Dunfermline. With a great starting salary, the role of the customer support advisor would suit someone from either a customer service, plumbing, technical, mechanical or Helpdesk background.
The role will involve handling inbound calls from existing customers who have an issue with a home appliance and insurance claims. You will then build rapport with the customer and understand and identify the customer's problem. You will then be required to talk through various resolutions with the customer.
Working hours are flexible - you will be required to work 40 hours per week shifts between 6am-10pm M-F and Sat/Sun 7am-9pm on a rotational basis.
