Customer Relationship Manager – Leeds City Centre

Start Date: 19th March 2018

Salary: 21k

Hours: Fully Flex Mon-Sun between 8am – 10pm, fixed shift pattern in-between these hours.

Contract: Permanent


Exciting opportunity to be part of a new team within a global information technology leader, Samsung who are looking for Customer Relationship Managers to join the Customer Experience Team.

The position is a chance to join a pioneering new team that will deliver an innovative, personalised resolution focused, effortless and satisfying platinum support experience to Samsung premium mobile device customers.

You will be supporting customers in switching to their new premium Samsung mobile device, then providing a ‘concierge’ style service in assisting them with a personalised level of setup and also promoting to them the any features and benefits of these exciting products.

Through these interactions you will build up a relationship with your customers and build up your own individual customer base who you will interact with further throughout the lifecycle of the product and beyond, this through continuous onboarding support to ensure the customers maximise all of the benefits of being a Samsung owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the switching and on boarding of new customers to Samsung (pre sales and post sales)

  • Supporting customers through the switching process and helping them with personalised device set up

  • Explaining the features and benefits of the product to ensure customers derive maximum benefit and have awareness

  • Promoting, and assisting with Samsung account customer registration

Key Competencies/Characteristics:

  • Minimum 2 year’s customer service experience is essential

  • Passion for technology and an interest in new and emerging technologies

  • You’ll need to be a strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Tenacious approach to problem solving

  • A passion for consumer electronics

  • Typing skills

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the highest level of communication skills
