An exciting opportunity for a Customer Executive required for a Manufacturing company based in Winsford
Your new role
Working within this small team, you will be responsible to ensure that all customer orders, queries, complaints etc. are processed quickly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy of data via email and telephone.
Acting as a focal point for all contact from customers within a given customer portfolio relating to any issues. Advising customers of product suitability on receipt of enquiries (referring to technical support as necessary).
To input and feed back to customers, details of work in progress.
Liasion with internal Account Mangers.
You will be pro-active and seek opportunities to develop existing accounts and where possible, to introduce new accounts to the business.
To promote professionalism at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a professional and personable attitude, able to demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
With previous office experience, you will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
