The position of Customer Data Analyst (Account Executive) is a very detailed, busy, analytical and customer focused role; working with large amounts of data and a variety of key customers.

Package for the Customer Data Analyst:
·Salary dependant on experience circa £18000 - £22000 p.a plus bonus

oValidating the data inputted for each of your clients
oAnalysing this data to ensure that it is correct, assessing whether there are any anomalies, trying to ascertain if there is anyway the company can assist the client in money saving opportunities
oLiaising with clients in terms of their data/billing information
oProduce reports for clients as per their cycle requirements
oClose liaison with Account Managers of your client base
oLiaison with technicians/technical team regarding client analysis findings that may require further investigation
·Exceptional IT skills especially excel and working with large amounts of data
·Proven experience in analysing data
·Strong customer service/communication skills
·Ability to work in a pressurised environment
