Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Support Coordinator working for a business in Coalville.
This is a temporary role with the view to it going permanent. Hours are Monday - Friday 9-530pm
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support and an escalation point to members
Managing customer queries via email and telephone
Record and review invoice queries
Liaising with customers and internal staff
General administration duties
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
All training will be provided in this role however you will need to have Customer Service Experience and you must be immediately available to start work
