We are currently looking for confident and customer service orientated individuals for their Customer Coordinator position. Previous experience in Account Management/Administration/Customer Service is ideal.
You will have to be bright, confident, and happy to constantly speak to customers and help them with their queries. There is absolutely no selling involved in the role but you do have to be proactive and quick to think on your feet to resolve problems.
This is an amazing office based opportunity where you will be speaking to customers over the phone and via email. If you enjoy engaging with customers and being highly organised, this is a great opportunity for you.
As a Customer Coordinator, you will be ensuring that costumers are provided with the best possible service and that any questions they have are answered and dealt with in a timely manner.
If you have the ability to engage with people and build professional relationships easily, excellent attention to detail and communication skills this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Customer Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent service to customers.
- Building excellent working relationships and managing tasks and actions associated with costumers.
- Maintaining client records in the company's systems.
- Obtaining feedback from customers and reporting back findings.
- Recovering services if things go wrong and retaining businesses.

The hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
Salary £18,000 to £20,000.
