We are currently seeking a Customer Contact Centre advisor to fulfil an administration based role within a small team in Milton Keynes on a 6 month fixed term contract initially.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to process purchase orders, maintain data logs, liaise with customers and account managers, as necessary, via email and telephone and complete other role specific tasks.
The right candidate will be organised, proactive and self-motivated with previous office administration and customer service experience and you will also be proficient in Outlook and Microsoft packages.
Salary: £19,887 pro rata
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday
Due to the nature of this role you will be required to undergo full Security Clearance.
