Our client is a large well known branded company based in Bedford, who are the leading their market in the whole of the UK and are recruiting due the their continuous growth. Who currently have numerous temporary to permanant opportunities available.
In this role you will be working in a large team handling in and outbound calls. It is a very busy and fufilling environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling in with claims, enquiries and complaints so it is key to provide the right service to maximise business. You will also be required to liaise with other departments, insurers and technicians. Attention to details is extremely important as you must also ensure that all documents and information have been input correctly.
The ideal candidate will have natural communication skills, a friendly mind set and must enjoy working in a busy environment. Customer service experience is essential and preferably a good amount of history working on the telephone.
