Great opportunity to join a leading car finance company based in Maple Cross, near Rickmansworth , Hertfordshire. The role of customer services is to be the proactive point of contact between the company and the customer, and internal departments.
Will suit a candidate who enjoys handling a high volume of incoming calls , and ideally has some similar experience.
*Provide a friendly and professional service in the handling of all inbound calls, deal with enquiry, maintain the database and deal with all associated administration.
*Action reports, amend and update systems to ensure that records accurately reflect the customers position
*Ensure that all possible steps are taken for maximum customer retention
At all times ensure compliance with relevant legislation including Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering Act, Data Protection Act and the FLA code of practice.
The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service experience gaining from within an office/call centre environment, have an eye for detail , have good numerical skills, and have excellent communication skills.
Hours : Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 8.30am - 5pm and 9.30pm - 6pm, one in 4 Saturdays with a day off in the week.
