Job Title: Customer Contact Agent
Salary: £16,000 increasing to £16,500 after 6 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a shifted rota between 8am-9pm Monday to Friday, one in 3 Saturdays (9am-5pm) with one day off during the week.
Location: North End, Portsmouth

- Deal with incoming calls from customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Generate quotes and take out policies
- Processing annual renewals
- Assisting and managing the customer through the claims process
- General administrative duties
- First class customer service experience, either face to face or over the phone
- Strong verbal communication
- Able to work under pressure in a busy working environment
- Ability to follow guidelines and understand complex information
