The role of the Customer Consultant is to help us to deliver our company mission - 'Financial Recovery - Helping Each and Every Customer'.
The starting salary is £16,700 and this will increase to £17,200 after 6 months service - you will also be eligible for some great benefits such as 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, free eye tests, and discounts on local and national retailers.

The role is predominantly telephone based (with some letter writing and admin) in an exciting and vibrant call centre environment, and involves handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. You will be speaking to customers to agree repayment of outstanding invoices on behalf of our clients and resolving customer queries.
It is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week including early shifts, day shifts and evening shifts, as well as 2 in 4 Saturday mornings.
We are looking for people with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer focus, motivation and drive to meet and exceed expectations and a professional attitude. No experience required as we offer a comprehensive 4-5 week training period and opportunities to develop your knowledge, skills and experience.
