As a Customer Communication Executive you you will be reporting into the Customer Communications Manager and you’ll be part of our wider centralised marketing department

The Customer Communication's team is dedicated to supporting the generation and evolution of relevant, timely and appropriate in life customer communications and a customer relationship strategy that supports Good Customer Outcomes.

Role

From quote to renewal you will be plotting the customer journey and reviewing our customer communications across all channels in order to optimise the customer experience, enabling customers across personal lines and commercial to build brand loyalty, advocacy and awareness through communications designed to engage, educate and inform.

Utilising journey mapping, Voice of the Customer, internal and external insight, you will interpret our customers’ wants and needs to identify areas of improvement and drive forward change in these areas.

Working with product owners you will also be managing changes to documents, ensuring that correct procedures are followed so that our customers always receive correct and up to date policy information on and offline.

Person

You will be educated to degree level or have achieved strong results at A Level. You may also hold some form of marketing qualification although this is by no means essential. With excellent written communication and interpersonal skills you will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at varying levels. In addition to this you must be able to manage your time effectively to reach deadlines and have a flexible approach to juggling multiple tasks.

Comfortable working on your own or within a team you must also be self-motivated to deliver your objectives, proactively seeking opportunities to further improve our customer communications.

A good understanding of customer documentation, product lifecycle, brand and CCM (Customer Communication Management) software will stand you in good stead to hit the ground running in this role. If you do not have experience in using CCM software you must be comfortable learning new systems and have the ability to pick new things up quickly.

You will start with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years’ service.
