Customer Collections

Our client based in Stoke on Trent are looking for a Customer Collections Advisor to join their team. As Customer Collections Advisor you will call customers who are in arrears on their accounts to arrange payment plans with them. Full training is provided and no previous collections experience is required. Previous customer service experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calling customers to arrange payment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Run through income and expenditure forms with customers
  • Ensure customers are full aware of the outcome of the call and any future actions that need to be taken.

This role offers fantastic working hours of between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am and 1pm on Saturdays.
