Customer Collections Advisor
We are looking for a Customer Collections Advisor to work within a respected and established company with city centre based offices. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive, professional telephone manner with the ability to negotiate.
Processing inbound and outbound calls from customers to negotiate payments
Record customer calls on the internal system and update any account information accordingly
Handle general account enquiries
Process payments from clients
Record complaints in line with company procedures
Liaise with other department to resolve any customer problems
Experience in Inbound/Outbound roles is favoured
Strong commitment to a high standard of customer service is essential
Confident negotiation skills
Knowledge of financial services would be advantageous.
