They are seeking the very best talent in the market place for this exciting movement in the food industry.


My client is looking for a Customer Collaboration Specialist who can help improve the customer satisfaction for selected key customers, set up relations with the Supply Counterparts of our customers. Focus op optimization of the physical flow, to lower cost, increase shelf availability and increase net Sales value. Key responsibilities include;

  • Establish a relationship with the key S.C. players of our top X customers

  • Close cooperation with customer development team and other supply chain functions (planning, logistics, master-data)

  • Work on specific customer requests/projects and active optimization of Order to Cash and logistics processes

  • Responsibility for optimization of customer related supply chain processes e.g. master data, supply routes, order management/profiles

  • Forecast accuracy -set up connection/process

  • Customer Ordering /promo loading pattern

  • Stock availability - contact customers in case of structural issues

  • OTIF

  • Complaints Returns/Refusals - (part of KPI decks)- monitor level and corrective actions/ root cause

  • Support CD for customer analysis and projects

  • Support realization of ECR activities as e.g. EDI set up


This opportunity will be reporting into the Head of Supply Chain and we are seeking candidates who have the mind-set of a start-up yet have experience working in customer facing roles with large FMCG brands. Key skills include;

  • Commercial or supply chain experience for min 3 years, preferred in FMCG

  • Customer & service mindset, taking ownership to resolve customer issues

  • Ability to build relationship be a strong team player

  • Good communication management internal and external, influence and communicate at all levels

  • High analytical skills, numeracy and logical reasoning, attention to detail

  • Operational experience in Customer Service and or logistics, customer development knowledge is preferred

  • Solid SAP knowledge

  • Knowledge and experience on E2E supply chain
