Customer Claims Handler - Manchester - £23k - £27k per annum plus company benefits

Our client is an extremely well established and successful Claims Management company based in Manchester; due to their continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Customer Claims Handler.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ensuring clients’ claims are dealt with swiftly and professionally
  • Apply great attention to detail to updating records with accurate clear notes of discussions, next steps and time frames.
  • Liaising closely with solicitors who act on behalf of claimants in a claim
  • Looking into the investigation of causes of non-payment delays and their prompt resolution

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

  • Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential
  • Knowledge of the claims industry is a benefit but not essential
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be career minded
