About the Role
We’re looking for customer focused individuals to join our Customer Motor Claims team in Bournemouth.
When customers call us about a motor claim, it'll be you that they speak to. And it’ll be your friendly, attentive telephone manner which will instantly put them at ease. You will do everything in your power to meet their needs, you’ll enjoy the fact that no two calls are the same, you will take responsibility for your own caseload and become the 'go to’ person for our customers.
You will be dealing with our customer's vehicle repair or total loss claim after a motor incident; liaising with our customers and managing the claim until completion. We all know that excellent customer service stands out a mile, which is why you’ll pride yourself on treating every case individually, from start to finish, always working to the LV= quality standards.
With our comprehensive training programme you will be fully supported and will gain the knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service. Your role will be mainly phone based meaning that every day will be varied and challenging.
Now, three words to describe you? Positive, Confident and considerate. So, when it comes to our customers and your daily work, nothing is ever too much trouble. You’ll love talking to a variety of customers, clients and other members of LV= staff and you’ll go out of your way to proactively find answers to questions.
We’d like you to have a good customer service background where you have learnt the ability to deal with difficult problems and are able to solve these in the best way to help LV= and our customer. It would be really great if you had some experience in the world of Insurance, but if you don’t, you will have an eagerness to learn and be proactive in your role, as well as experience of working in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment. You’ll have great communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment, and really positive and outgoing attitude to work.
Full Time Hours
You will be required to work 35 hours per week Monday- Sunday between 8am-9pm. Hours to be confirmed during the telephone interview stage.
The start date for the role is Tuesday 4th September 2018.
