Customer Claims Advisor

Your next role will be working for one of the UK's largest insurance providers right here, in Glasgow city centre.

We are looking for a customer service focused individuals to join our growing team. You will be based in our modern city centre office, just a stone throw away from central centre.

As I mentioned previously, we are looking for Customer Claims individuals who want to expand on their skill set. We want individuals who want to work for a team, who will focus solely on the customers needs.

Your duties will consist of:

- Responding to customers enquiries

- Enquiring about the needs and wants of the customers

- Building customer relationships

- Working 5 out of 6 days on a shift
